Cancelation and Refund Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
 

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality service at the time of your call. We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate your understanding that ours is as well. If calls are canceled or rescheduled on short notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, it means we cannot reschedule that time for other clients. We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable, and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment without causing a disruption to our schedule, we will try to do so. However, because it is sometimes very difficult to reschedule within a short period of time, we have instituted a policy of canceling at any time prior to the start of the call. Below are the terms and conditions under which appointments will be handled and services provided to our Expulsa Demonios clients. Please read and fully understand them before scheduling a call on our website www.ExpulsaDemonios.com.
 

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
 

To guarantee your spot, we will require full advance payment of $50.00 at the time of booking your call. This deposit will be refunded if you cancel at any time before the call begins. Failure to provide the required notice will result in payment being withheld. Once the service begins, no refund will be offered. This allows us to manage our schedules and offer that spot to another client.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
 

  • If you are unable to attend your call, please contact us at ExpulsaDemoniosPR@gmail.com. We must receive your intention to cancel before your call begins. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in your treatment being unable to proceed and your deposit will be withheld.

  • All clients should arrive at least 1-5 minutes early to be ready and maximize their time, and please come in a calm, relaxed mood.

  • Being late for your call deprives you of valuable time. To avoid taking up the client's appointment time after you, your scheduled treatment will end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be responsible for the full cost. Expulsa Demonios reserves the right to adjust the service to accommodate the remaining time, or payment will be withheld.

  • Being late for your appointment may result in a reduction in your call time and/or the loss of your call altogether; however, we will do our best to accommodate the time available.

  • We will do our best to schedule your call. However, if we need to cancel or postpone your call at short notice, we will make every effort to communicate in a timely manner.

  • We will inform you of any required preparations before your call. Failure to follow the required guidelines may result in cancellation of the call.

  • For calls scheduled for children under 16 years of age, they must be accompanied by an adult. Failure to bring another adult to accompany the minor may result in the call being canceled and the payment being lost.
